Residential Moving FAQ

  • How far in advance should I book my move?

    We recommend booking your residential move in New Jersey at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (spring, summer, and end-of-month). Last-minute moves are often available based on our schedule.

  • Do you provide packing services and moving supplies?

    Yes. We offer full packing, partial packing, and unpacking services. We also provide high-quality moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, mattress covers, shrink wrap, and packing tape, to keep your belongings protected.

  • Can you move specialty items such as pianos, safes, or gym equipment?

    Absolutely. Our trained movers handle large, heavy, and delicate items with care, using the proper equipment to ensure safe transport.

  • How do you protect my home and belongings during the move?

    We use padded blankets, shrink wrap, floor protection, and door guards to prevent damage to both your belongings and your property.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    A small deposit is required to reserve your moving date. The balance is due upon completion of your move.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

Moving Day Questions

  • What should I do before the movers arrive?

    Please have your items packed and labeled (unless we are providing packing services). Set aside personal items such as medications, important documents, and jewelry to travel with you.


  • Do I need to be present on moving day?

    Yes.  We recommend that you or a representative be present to answer questions and provide access.

  • What happens if something gets damaged?

    While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. We offer valuation coverage and will work quickly to resolve any claims fairly.
